Not only do we pride ourselves on quality, and customer satisfaction, we take pride in our pricing. Regardless of the service being provided, Rainier Handyman Services typically is up to a 1/3 less than other service professionals. In some cases we have saved customers thousands and have been up to 50% less than my competitors.

We do not publish rates because we bid almost all of our jobs. This helps control expenses for both you and Rainier Handyman services and allows for knowing the entire jobs cost up front. In some cases where material is not known up front, I will bid labor only and material will be added at face value. This is a plus for you, the customer. We do not markup material, and we provide receipts for all of the material procured. We are extremely fair in our billing practices and we want any project Rainier Handyman Services is hired for to be a win win situation.

We do require a 50% deposit prior to any work startup and the balance is due upon project completion. This is for jobs worth $5,000.00 or less. Any jobs worth more than this will require a contract between Rainier Handyman Services and the customer.

We also have a minimum call out rate of $95.00. As an example, If we are called out to hang a new light fixture and we are done in 20 minutes the charge will be $95.00.

We do free estimates and generally can be on site to look at your project within 24 to 48 hours.
